Privacy

This site is run by Game On Solutions Ltd, company number 16979475, 27 Westcott Terrace, Ferryhill, County Durham, DL17 8NS. We’re the data controller for what you give us here. Questions go to hello@playlogres.com.

What we collect

If you join the launch list, we keep your email address (and your name, if you give it). If you chat with Merlin, your messages are sent to our AI provider to write his replies, and if you ask him to add you to the list or put you in touch, your email comes to us.

What we do with it

We use your email to tell you about Logres: its release date, the Steam store page, and occasional news before launch. We don’t sell it or share it with anyone else to market to you. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any email or writing to the address above.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until a year after Logres launches, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. If you’re unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
